As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in managing costs for civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards.Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projectsAnalyse costs, value, and risks associated with tenders and contractsProduce bills of quantities and other tender documentsAdvise on procurement strategy and contractual mattersMonitor and report on project costs and budgets throughout the construction processPrepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecastsNegotiate and agree on interim and final accounts with clients and contractorsAnalyse completed projects to improve future cost planningLiaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals in the construction industryEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Saudi ArabiaQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering quantity surveyingProficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Causeway)Strong mathematical and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteIn-depth knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methodsExperience in cost estimation, cost control, and contract administrationThorough understanding of civil engineering projects and construction processesFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi ArabiaAbility to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyWillingness to travel to project sites as required#J-18808-Ljbffr
