Quality Assurance Manager (Remote)

<div><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><h3>Leadership&Strategy</h3><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers, fostering a strong quality-driven culture.</li><li>Define and implement QA strategy and best practices aligned with product goals.</li><li>Act as a quality advocate across engineering, product, and DevOps teams.</li></ul><h3>Testing&Quality Processes</h3><ul><li>Own and manage test plans, test cases, and overall testing strategy.</li><li>Drive automation initiatives to improve test coverage and efficiency.</li><li>Select and maintain QA tools, frameworks, and testing processes.</li><li>Ensure testing is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.</li></ul><h3>Quality Execution&Delivery</h3><ul><li>Track and report quality metrics and testing outcomes.</li><li>Ensure releases meet quality standards before production deployment.</li><li>Lead defect triage, prioritization, and root cause analysis.</li></ul><h3>Continuous Improvement</h3><ul><li>Coach and develop QA team members.</li><li>Continuously improve QA processes and testing maturity.</li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><h3>Experience&Background</h3><ul><li>Strong experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing.</li><li>Proven people leadership or QA ownership experience.</li><li>Experience defining QA strategy and working cross-functionally.</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Solid understanding of QA methodologies and testing life cycles.</li><li>Experience with automation tools and frameworks.</li><li>Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.</li><li>Knowledge of API testing and CI/CD workflows.</li></ul><h3>Leadership&Soft Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused.</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>QA certifications (ISTQB or similar).</li><li>Cloud platform experience.</li><li>Agile/Scrum experience.</li></ul><h3>Why You’ll Love Working Here</h3><ul><li>Fully remote role.</li><li>Opportunity to shape quality strategy from the ground up.</li><li>Collaborative and growth-focused culture.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
