Quality Assurance and Testing expert (3 Months Contract)

OverviewAt Müller's Solutions, we are seeking a Quality Assurance and Testing Expert to ensure our software products meet the highest quality standards. This role is critical in developing and implementing effective testing strategies that improve product quality and enhance customer satisfaction. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and execute comprehensive testing processes.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirementsPerform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to validate software functionality and performanceIdentify, document, and track software defects, ensuring thorough follow-up until resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and improve product quality throughout the development cycleAnalyze test results and provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholdersDevelop testing methodologies and ensure adherence to best practices in testing and quality assuranceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in quality assurance and testing toolsConduct training sessions for team members on best practices in testing and quality assuranceRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance and testing in software development environmentsHands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or equivalentStrong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test casesStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team membersAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentRelevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
