QC Insulation Inspector Commissioning (Oil & Gas)

The role is focused on inspecting and verifying insulation works to ensure full compliance with project specifications applicable standards and client requirements prior to system handover.Key Responsibilities:Inspect insulation materials installation methods cladding and weatherproofing during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.Verify insulation works against approved drawings ITPs method statements and technical specifications.Monitor insulation installation for piping equipment tanks and HVAC ducting.Identify report and follow up on non-conformances ensuring timely corrective actions before handover.Coordinate with Construction Commissioning QC Engineering and Client/Third-Party Inspectors.Prepare and maintain inspection reports commissioning records and quality documentation.Support final inspection and system handover to operations ensuring all acceptance criteria are met.Requirements:Proven experience as a QC Insulation Inspector preferably during commissioning phases of Oil & Gas or Energy projects.Strong knowledge of insulation materials installation techniques cladding systems and commissioning practices.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings ITPs and project specifications.Excellent attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation skills.Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
