QAQC Manager - MEP

ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans.Lead site inspections, audits, and quality control checks.You will possess strong QAQC operational skills to support and drive Quality and HSE excellence across the business.To support Divisional and Project QAQC Teams in achieving consistent standards.Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation for compliance.Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.Identify, report, and resolve quality issues proactively.Lead, train, and mentor QA/QC staff to enhance team capabilities.Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and clients on quality matters.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum 15 years of experience with MEP Contractors with at least 3 years in a management position.UAE Construction market experience a must.NEBOSH/ISO Lead Auditor preferred.Experienced in Site level Quality Management, ISO9001, 14001 AND 45001 systems.Strong knowledge of safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
