QA Tester

We are looking to hire a Quality Assurance candidate for a global Islamic charity operating in 30 countries worldwide.RequirementsPerform manual and automated testing on software applications to identify defects and ensure they meet quality standards.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to test software functionality thoroughly and performance.Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.Document and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring that all issues are properly identified, prioritized, and resolved.Conduct regression testing to verify that defects have been fixed and to prevent regression issues from occurring.Participate in the review and analysis of software requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.Communicate test results and quality metrics to project stakeholders, including management, in a clear and concise manner.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience working as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.Proficiency in using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits package.Regular exposure to senior leadership.The chance to work on exciting and innovative projects within a rapidly growing business.#J-18808-Ljbffr
