About the job QA/QC Civil Engineer (Awafi)Stantec is currently looking for an QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic site team and support on a construction supervision project in Dubai.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality control plans and procedures.Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.Monitor and report on quality performance metrics to management.Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.Lead quality inspections and ISO audits for all projects.Review and approve contractors QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Professional certifications in quality management and auditing (preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in QAQC, preferably in utilities and infrastructure projects (Preferred).Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.Experience in leading quality inspections and ISO audits (Preferred).Ability to review and approve contractors QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements (Preferred).Proven track record in developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis.Proficient in monitoring and reporting on quality performance metrics.Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.MUST HAVE experience working with supervision consultants.MUST HAVE full and complete knowledge of existing infrastructure networks in the emirates of Dubai.#J-18808-Ljbffr
