QA Engineer

We have an office in Abu Dhabi that you can utilize as often or little as you'd like.</p><p>We’re looking for a<b>QA Engineer</b>to join our team and help us deliver high-quality a product that our customers can trust and love. This role is ideal for someone with at least a couple of years of experience in QA or software engineering, who wants to take ownership of testing and grow into being the QA voice in our product and engineering process.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Run<b>manual QA</b>across our products (web, mobile, and APIs)</li><li>Define and maintain<b>test cases and test plans</b></li><li>Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand product requirements and<b>spot edge cases early</b></li><li>Collaborate in sprint planning and reviews, ensuring QA considerations are part of the discussion</li><li>Investigate issues, reproduce bugs, and clearly document findings for the engineering team</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tooling</li><li>Perform<b>API testing</b>and use tools like Postman or similar</li><li>(Bonus) Contribute to<b>test automation</b>and scripting where possible</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>2+ years of experience</b>in QA or software engineering at a tech company (experience in a product-driven company is a plus, but software agencies are also relevant)</li><li>Strong<b>attention to detail</b>and a knack for thinking about what can go wrong.</li><li>Experience testing<b>web applications, mobile apps, and APIs</b></li><li>Ability to define, organize, and execute test plans systematically</li><li>Good communication skills, able to describe problems and edge cases clearly.</li><li>(Nice to have) Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting</li><li>(Nice to have) Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating automated QA into pipelines</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Remote and flexible work environment</li><li>Diverse, driven and supportive team with a positive work atmosphere (one of our core values)</li><li>A culture of growth - being mentored, coached and supported to grow in your career</li><li>Great company healthcare package with dental and optical coverage</li><li>Learning and development budget</li><li>Equity plan for all employees</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
