As part of our operational excellence initiatives, we invest in robust procurement processes, vendor management systems, and enterprise solutions to support seamless business operations and day-to-day office management.About the Role – Purchase Officer (Daily Office Operations)The Purchase Officer – Daily Office Operations is responsible for managing end-to-end daily procurement of office supplies, consumables, and services across corporate offices. This role requires strong operational discipline, vendor coordination, and commercial acumen to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing of materials and services needed for smooth office functioning.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess daily Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for office-related purchasesProcure office supplies, stationery, IT accessories, facility services, and other consumablesFloat RFQs, evaluate vendor quotations, and prepare Comparative Statements (CS) for approvalNegotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service terms with vendorsCoordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure timely deliveryTrack pending deliveries and escalation to maintain uninterrupted office operationsMaintain and update vendor database; monitor vendor performance on quality, pricing, and serviceEnsure compliance with procurement policies, budgets, and audit requirementsMaintain accurate procurement documentation and support reporting to managementIdentify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to budget optimization initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field3–5 years of experience in office procurement, purchasing, or administrative operationsHands‑on experience with ERP procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)United Arab Emirates / GCC experience preferredStrong understanding of procurement processes for office operationsVendor management, negotiation, and cost control skillsAbility to handle multiple purchase requests and prioritize in a fast‑paced environmentHigh attention to detail, compliance orientation, and documentation disciplineStrong analytical skills for budgeting and cost optimizationEffective stakeholder communication and coordination across departmentsAbility to ensure uninterrupted office operations through timely procurement#J-18808-Ljbffr
