Job Title: Property Accounts Executive / Senior Property AccountantLocation: United Arab EmiratesSalary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (depending on experience)Reporting To: Finance Manager / Head of Property ManagementPortfolio: Two Large Towers (Residential & Commercial / Potential Hotel)Job SummaryThe Property Accounts Executive / Senior Property Accountant will manage the financial and accounting operations of a portfolio consisting of two large towers, including residential, commercial, and potential hotel components. The role involves maintaining accurate accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The position requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with property management teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain property accounts, including ledgers, reconciliations, and journals.Process accounts payable and receivable for all properties in the portfolio.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the properties.Monitor and report on property financial performance, including variance analysis.Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.Support audit processes and provide required documentation.Coordinate with property management teams for accurate financial tracking.Assist with preparation of management reports for Finance Manager / Head of Property Management.Handle any ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required.RequirementsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience for Property Accounts Executive, 5–7 years for Senior Property Accountant (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or property management).Strong knowledge of accounting principles and property-related financial operations.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.>#J-18808-Ljbffr
