At Al-Qadsiah, you’ll play a key role in shaping our legacy, contributing to the nation’s sports vision, and making history every step of the way.Overview:Al Qadsiah is establishing a fully operational Multi-sport Academy at Saudi Aramco facilities, covering swimming, tennis, padel, and golf. The Project Specialist will play a central role in ensuring that the academy’s planning, setup, and launch are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed objectives.This position will work closely with Al Qadsiah technical teams and Saudi Aramco representatives to support facility access, staffing, operational systems, health and safety compliance, and community engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupportthe planning, execution, and monitoring of Al Qadsiah multisport projects incollaboration with Saudi Aramco .Coordinatewith Saudi Aramco representatives to confirm facility access, scheduling, andcompliance requirements .Manageproject timelines and ensure deliverables (e.g., staffing, curricula, systemsimplementation, marketing activation) are achieved as planned .Trackbudgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs in line with the academy’sbusiness plan .Documentall phases of the project, including scope, budgets, risks, and justifications .Provideoperational support for recruitment, onboarding, and program rollout acrossmultiple sports .Collaboratewith staff, coaches, and key stakeholders to ensure programs align withorganizational objectives and community needs .Provideclear reporting, manage risks, and engage stakeholders to ensure projects aredelivered successfully.Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable workingin a fast-paced environment.Ability to supportthe delivery of complex, multi-phase projects from planning throughRequirementsRequirements andskillsBachelor’sdegree in Project Management, Business Administration, Sports Management,or a related field.Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a Project Specialist or similar role.Good written andverbal communication skills, in English and Arabic.Strong attentionto details and technicalities.Excellentorganizational and technical abilities.Goodinterpersonal and multi-tasking skills.Relevanttraining and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer.Why Join Al-Qadsiah?Be Part of the Legacy: Join aclub that’s redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead thecompetition and set new standards of excellence.Experience the Culture: Thrive inan environment that values quality, accountability, diversity, synergy,innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony.
