Job Description

<div><p>The purpose of this position is to plan and execute construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assists in the preparation of schedule data for proposals/contracts and Project Execution.</li><li>Identifies the scope of scheduled activities.</li><li>Determines schedule dates for work activities within a discipline area or specialty. Determines milestones to support the project schedule.</li><li>Establishes work sequence and activity durations for a specific discipline or specialty. Determines inter‑discipline constraints or interfaces that define activity sequences. Works with performing organizations and units to coordinate work sequences with the total project plan.</li><li>Develop KPIs, and S curves for a specific discipline or specialty.</li><li>Assists in determining leveling decisions. Performs quantity and manpower resource loading for assigned schedules.</li><li>Continuously assists discipline or specialty engineers in developing their individual work plans and knowledge of overall discipline requirements.</li><li>Assists discipline groups in determining what information is required from other disciplines to support and interface with the assigned discipline or specialty. Provides schedule knowledge on a continuous basis to assist in discipline planning and interfacing with others.</li><li>Performs schedule monitoring, including identifying critical activities and updating functions for specific applications, disciplines, or specialties. Assists in developing and implementing requirements for updating and monitoring the schedule.</li><li>Assists with schedule recovery plans.</li><li>Prepares and Present Progress Reports, Exception Reports, and Dashboards.</li></ul><h3>Required</h3><ul><li>Primavera P6</li><li>MS Project</li><li>Progress Reporting</li><li>Prior planning/scheduling experience in the EPC Industry for 4+ Years.</li><li>Knowledge in the use of computers and several basic software applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for executing work processes.</li><li>Skilled in oral and written communication.</li><li>Strong communication, planning, and organization skills.</li></ul><p>ewi is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer. ewi is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
