OverviewUAE Steam Generator Operations Project ManagerThe UAE Steam Generator Operations Project Manager role provides leadership for delivery of Operations for Steam Generator inspection and maintenance services to operational nuclear power plants in UAE including:SG hand way holes/manway/nozzle dams opening-closingSG Primary (Tube Eddy Current inspection)SG Secondary (sludge lancing and FOSAR)This position is accountable to set up appropriate plan for delivering safe flawless execution services; and achieving sustainable business results.He is located in UAE (Barakah NPP) with major part of the time in the UAE nuclear power plant site and partially supporting other services/activities outside UAE. He will be reporting to an operation manager and matrix to a business lead located in EU.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccountable to deliver the projects deliverables and requirements (safety quality schedule financials):Proactively manage on a daily base the execution of the project (outage preparation process activities and closing) in the UAE nuclear plant considering safety quality schedule adherence and project management discipline as top prioritiesProactively set up standardized initiatives and actions to assure and improve safety conditions and quality resultsFocus his actions to achieve flawless execution with human error free and high-level equipment reliability results to achieve quality and schedule requirementsInterface with the customers for project execution reporting and supporting contract discussionsInterface with the Westinghouse Outage Control CenterAccountable to the application of the Westinghouse Project Management Requirements on the projectsDevelop lessons learned activities to drive continuous improvement between outages with the business leadSupport other local Outage and Maintenance activities locally or in other marketsPro actively support the customer by highlighting Westinghouses capacities and solutions and chasing business activities for Westinghouse.Requirements10 years of operation leadership experience on Nuclear Power Plant5 years of field service operation on Steam generator inspection and maintenanceStrong project management communication teamwork and change management skillsEnglish language fluency (written and spoken)Knowledge and/or experience in UAE nuclear landscape preferableRequired ExperienceIC#J-18808-Ljbffr
