Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in master planning urban development and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dubais planning regulations authority approval processes and the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects from concept through to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate master plan modifications and infrastructure development initiatives.Assess the impact of planning changes on approved parameters including GFA population and traffic studies (TIS).Ensure compliance with Development Control Regulations (DCR) and plot guidelines.Oversee consultant submissions and ensure alignment with authority requirements.Manage stakeholder engagement including clients consultants and government entities.Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear actionable updates.Maintain financial oversight including payment approvals and budget tracking.QualificationsMinimum 10 years experience with at least 5 years in the UAE.Proven track record in master planning urban planning and infrastructure delivery.Strong knowledge of Dubai Master Plan guidelines and local authority procedures.Excellent organisational analytical and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes.Architectural background is a plusAdditional InformationJoin our social media conversations for more information about Turner & Townsend and our exciting future projects:TwitterInstagramLinkedInIt is strictly against Turner & Townsend policy for candidates to pay any fee in relation to our recruitment process.
