ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement projectsHelp define project scope goals and deliverablesDefine tasks and required resourcesCollect and manage project teamManage the project budgetAllocate project resourcesCreate a project schedule and timelineSupport and direct teamLead quality assuranceReport on the project statusPresent to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutionsImplement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverablesEvaluate and assess the result of the projectDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clientsIdentify and mitigate project risksEnsure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirementsFacilitate team meetings and foster effective communication among team membersContinuously improve project management processes and methodologiesQualificationsBachelors degree in Project Management Engineering Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferredMinimum of 8 years of experience in project management preferably in the built environment or construction industryProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentProven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budgetExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenStrong problem-solving and leadership skillsAdvanced project planning risk management time management and other project management skillsProficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Primavera Jira)Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologiesDemonstrated ability in contract negotiation and vendor managementProven conflict resolution experience and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectivelyFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g. PMBOK ISO 21500)>Strong analytical and financial management skillsExperience in stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.Additional InformationAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
