Project Manager Resident Engineer

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is performed in accordance with project specifications and schedules.Monitor construction methods materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.Coordinate with project stakeholders including consultants, contractors and local authorities to resolve technical issues and site challenges.Review and approve construction shop drawings, method statements and material submittals.Monitor quality control procedures and ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.Assist in reviewing contractor claims, variations and progress payments.Attend project and coordination meetings as required.Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably within PMC or large‑scale infrastructure projects in the UAE.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry standards.Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.Experience in Landscape and infrastructure projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
