<div><h3><b>Job Responsibilities 1</b></h3><ul><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, to guide the construction process.</li><li>Manage and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and effective collaboration.</li><li>Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial control to keep the project within its allocated budget.</li><li>Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and address any delays or changes to ensure timely project completion.</li><li>Ensure all construction work meets the required quality standards and complies with specifications, codes, and regulations.</li><li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on the project’s scope, schedule, and budget.</li><li>Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and resolving any contract-related issues.</li><li>Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment and reduce the risk of accidents.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing updates and addressing concerns or changes.</li><li>Identify and address any issues or obstacles that arise during construction, implementing solutions to keep the project on track and within scope.</li><li>Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies</li></ul><h3><b>Job Knowledge&Skills</b></h3><ul><li>Knowledge in Professional client management and interaction</li><li>Effective time management</li><li>Knowledge in computers and leading edge building management tools</li><li>Financial and Job Cost Accounting Knowledge</li><li>Contracts administration</li><li>Technically proficient in all aspects of design and building related systems</li><li>Knowledge in MS Office/MS Project /Primavera, etc.</li><li>ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.</li></ul><h3><b>Job Experience</b></h3><ul><li>Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus</li><li>Leadership</li><li>AI Fluency</li><li>Agility</li><li>Resilience</li><li>Quality</li><li>Project Management L4</li><li>Project Planning L4</li><li>Construction Budgeting L4</li><li>Commercial&Residential Construction L4</li><li>Build High-Performing Teams</li><li>Speed of Execution</li><li>Build Process and Systems</li><li>Provide Direction</li><li>Drive Cost Optimization</li></ul><h3><b>Education</b></h3><p>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
