Project Manager- PMC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - PMC (Project Management Consultant) to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects across various industries ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.Develop and implement comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocationLead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectivelyConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project successManage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycleMonitor project progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as neededProvide expert consultancy services to clients offering innovative solutions to complex project challengesDevelop and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisorEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectationsConduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share best practicesStay updated on industry trends and emerging project management methodologiesQualifications :Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably in a consulting roleProven track record of successfully managing complex multi-stakeholder projectsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practicesProficiency in project management software such as Microsoft ProjectExcellent risk management and problem-solving skillsStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost controlOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levelsDemonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teamsAdaptability to work across various industries and project typesExcellent organizational and time management skillsFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusWillingness to travel within the UAE and potentially internationallyAdditional Information :About AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
