Job Description

Context: While we have been engaged in projects in People & Organization for many years, the decision to establish a dedicated platform underscores our belief in the growth potential of People & Organization business, particularly by leveraging existing relationships with RB clients and replicating our success in key markets including the Middle East, United States, and France. Our team has achieved significant organic growth, doubling business in the last two years.Team Structure: The global platform will be led by three co-Heads with 13 Partner/Principals currently already assigned. We are currently adding two external partners (from BCG and Deloitte) who will join the team in 2025. One of the global co-Heads, Frederick Van Gysegem (with RB since 2014), will focus on expanding our business in the Middle East. The team aims to foster collaboration across industrial platforms in the region (Industrials, Transportation, Energy, Public Services) and other functional platforms (such as Transaction & Investment Services and Digital).ExpectationsThe future (senior) manager, director, or principal should work on complex issues in the area of organizational strategy, transformation, and people issues at client companies from a business perspective and develop solutions. The future colleague will benefit from his comprehensive consulting expertise in specialist issues and client relationship management and his ability to structure and translate complex addition. The role includes:Promoting thought leadership in the specific core topics and expanding the knowledge & experience in order to ensure innovative strengthCo-animate the community of consultants with a People & Organization focusParticipate in the management of Roland Bergers Middle East office (e.g. HR committees, mentorship of junior colleagues, wellbeing committee)QualificationsRole Requirements: We are looking for candidates for the future (senior) Manager, Director, or Principal role who possess:6-12 years of experience including strategy consulting with a proven track record in end-to-end project delivery focused on People & OrganizationStrong insights into People & Organization topics particularly:Organizational performance (organization design, corporate center steering model, shared services, TOM, transformation)Functional excellence (HR TOM, Finance TOM, IT TOM)People strategy (recruitment strategy, HR roadmap)Experience with target firms such as BCG, McKinsey, ADL, Kearney, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMGA successful track record within their firmExperience working in the Middle East or with major accounts in sectors like Industrials, Logistics, Utilities, and Public ServicesArabic language capabilities are a plusAdditional InformationThis is a great chance to join a fast-growing collaborative team at the forefront of People & Organization consulting.
