These include notable home-grown brands such as Sun & Sand Sports Dropkick Supercare Pharmacy Farm Fresh Klassic and international brands like Nike Columbia Converse Timberland Vans Mama Sitas and McCain.What you’ll be doing:This role involves transforming interior spaces with hardcore MEP for the supermarket to meet specific design and functionality needs ensuring projects are completed efficiently within budget and to the clients satisfaction.Job Description:Project Planning and Management: Oversee all phases of retail F&B fit out projects from initiation to completion ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets including cost estimation tracking and reporting.Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications conducting regular site inspection and quality checks.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports stakeholders.Attention to detail: Ensuring precision in all aspects of the project.Problem solving: Ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectivelyAdaptability: Flexibility to manage changes and unexpected challenges.Client Focused: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationship.Technical Competencies:Role holder should be technically competent in the below softwares- Autocad Microsoft Project (MSP) 3D will be added advantage.Knowledge of MEP is must.Experience: 8-10 years of experience in handling retail F&B and supermarket projects.Why Join GMGAt GMG were dedicated to nurturing a vibrant inclusive and engaging work environment that promotes growth innovation and well-being.
