So if you have the financial acumen and the passion to work with some of the biggest companies in the world, join in!Job Type: Full-time, PermanentProject Location(s): Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)Job DescriptionLead and manage engineering and maintenance-related projects from initiation to completion.Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.Implement and oversee RCM programs and methodologies.Conduct equipment failure analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to improve asset reliability.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.Oversee contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers.Monitor project risks and implement mitigation measures.Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices and asset integrity.As our ideal candidate, you should have:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).8–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas plant maintenance or engineering.Proven experience in RCM and reliability improvement programs.Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, asset integrity, and equipment health monitoring.Experience in managing engineering or maintenance projects in Oil & Gas facilities.Knowledge of API, ISO, OSHA, and other international standards is an advantage.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in project management tools and CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM).Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.Preferred CertificationsPMPRCM / Reliability Engineering CertificationNEBOSH / IOSH (for safety awareness)Apply forUpload ResumeOnly doc/docx and pdf files are allowed!#J-18808-Ljbffr
