This position is suited to a commercially aware project manager with specialist expertise in employee engagement, HR diagnostics and stakeholder management.</p><p>The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and HR teams, shaping actionable insights that support workforce transformation, engagement improvement and long-term organisational effectiveness.</p><h3>Project Planning&Delivery</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of the employee engagement survey project.</li><li>Develop project plans, timelines and governance for successful execution.</li><li>Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors across project phases.</li><li>Monitor milestones, risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.</li></ul><h3>Survey Design&Implementation</h3><ul><li>Review survey objectives and align methodology with business priorities.</li><li>Ensure survey content reflects workforce structure and organisational context.</li><li>Oversee survey launch communications and participation strategy.</li></ul><h3>Stakeholder Management&Advisory</h3><ul><li>Partner with HR leadership to define outcomes and reporting expectations.</li><li>Engage business leaders to build alignment and survey ownership.</li><li>Advise stakeholders on best practice in employee listening strategies.</li><li>Present progress updates and key recommendations to senior management.</li></ul><h3>Analysis&Reporting</h3><ul><li>Interpret survey findings and identify key engagement themes.</li><li>Produce clear reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership audiences.</li><li>Translate data into practical recommendations and improvement priorities.</li><li>Support action planning workshops following survey results.</li></ul><h3>Quality, Governance&Confidentiality</h3><ul><li>Ensure data integrity, confidentiality and ethical handling throughout.</li><li>Maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable data regulations.</li><li>Apply quality controls across survey administration and reporting outputs.</li></ul><h3>🔹Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR, employee engagement or organisational development.</li><li>Proven experience managing end-to-end employee engagement survey projects.</li><li>Strong background in survey design, data interpretation and insight reporting.</li><li>Experience working as a freelance consultant or project-based HR specialist.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders across complex organisations.</li><li>Strong project management capability with structured delivery discipline.</li><li>Experience using employee survey platforms and reporting tools.</li><li>Sound understanding of confidentiality, data privacy and employee data governance.</li><li>Regional experience in the Middle East is advantageous.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
