In this role you will lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, Project Managers and report to the Project Director. You will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of multiple Projects through all of its stages from Initiation, Design, Construction and Defects Liability Period.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Consultants, Contractors, Project Managers and report to the Project Director.Managing the delivery of the Project and supporting the Employer to resolve any issues that may impact the Cost, Time and Quality.Supervise Consultants, Contractors and Project Managers.Attend meetings with the Consultants, Contractors, Authorities, Utilities Providers and any other relevant Stakeholder.Review Technical, Commercial and Planning Contractor Submittals and provide your approval / endorsement accordingly.Provide solutions to any of the Projects’ issues that may be detrimental to the Cost, Time and Quality.QualificationsMinimum of 12 years of experience in relevant works, i.e. airfield and it's assets.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role managing aviation or related projects.Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any other relevant Engineering disciplines.Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands on technically in the project.Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communicationWell versed in Project Management principles.Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
