Project Manager - Bridges Maintenance

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Vehicular Bridges and Tunnels Maintenance to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project, ensuring the safety, longevity, and efficiency of our infrastructure.Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for bridge maintenance and repair initiativesCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and government agenciesManage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion within constraintsConduct regular site inspections and assess the condition of bridges to prioritize maintenance needsImplement and oversee safety protocols to ensure compliance with local and international standardsAnalyze project risks and develop mitigation strategiesPrepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and senior managementStay updated on the latest bridge maintenance technologies and best practicesCollaborate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for maintenance activitiesMentor and lead project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementCost control and reporting the revenue and profit to the Management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 12-15 years of experience in bridge maintenance or related infrastructure projectsProven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projectsStrong knowledge of bridge engineering principles and maintenance practicesProficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredExpertise in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and best practicesExcellent budgeting and cost control skillsStrong risk management capabilitiesThorough knowledge of infrastructure asset management principlesFamiliarity with construction and engineering standards in the UAEOutstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environmentWillingness to travel to various project sites within Abu Dhabi and the UAE#J-18808-Ljbffr
