Project Manager

Job Type: Full TimeExperience: Minimum 8–12 years in infrastructure and utility projects in the UAERole OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex utility and civil infrastructure works including drainage, sewerage, irrigation, water pipelines, and telecom networks. You will be responsible for overseeing all project phases, ensuring timely completion, compliance with regulations, and meeting quality and cost targets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end execution of infrastructure projects from mobilization to final handoverCoordinate with consultants, clients, local authorities, and internal teams for approvals and complianceMonitor project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and objectivesLead multidisciplinary teams including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractorsReview and approve project documentation including method statements, shop drawings, and progress reportsEnsure adherence to HSE standards, QA/QC protocols, and municipality guidelines (DM, ADM, SEWA, etc.)Identify and mitigate risks through proactive planning and issue resolutionConduct regular site inspections, stakeholder meetings, and performance evaluationsProvide technical guidance and leadership to project staff and ensure smooth coordination across departmentsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)8–12 years of experience in managing infrastructure works in the UAEStrong knowledge of underground utilities including drainage, sewerage, water supply, firefighting, and telecomFamiliarity with UAE regulatory authorities (DM, DEWA, ADM, SEWA, Etisalat, DU, etc.)Proficient in project management tools and MS Office; knowledge of Primavera or similar tools is a plusExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsUAE driving license is preferredTrusted by Industry LeadersLeading names rely on Al Daniya's engineering expertise to power ambitious projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
