The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects from initiation to completion. This includes coordinating with various teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.- Coordinate with various teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time.- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members.- Identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any roadblocks.- Prepare progress reports for senior management as required.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.- Knowledge of risk management principles and techniques.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Benefits:- Competitive salary of 1600$ per month.- Full-time job with stable working hours (40 hours per week).- Accommodation provided by the company.- Visa sponsorship available for non-UAE residents.If you possess the required qualifications and experience for this role, please apply now.
