OverviewProject Manager vacancy in Ajman, UAE. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to budget. You will direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. We are seeking a results-oriented individual with a track record of success in managing projects throughout their lifecycle. A thorough understanding of Project Management processes and methodology is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop and manage projects from conception through completionDevelop project schedules, resource plans and budgetsLead cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of project plansMonitor project progress against timeline and budgetRegularly report on progress to senior executivesEnsure all stakeholders adhere to the agreed-upon project scopeLead risk identification, mitigation strategies and issue resolution activitiesNegotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous termsEstablish governance structure for the project team including roles & responsibilitiesDefine quality standards & criteria for deliverables throughout the project lifecycleSkills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferredCertified Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantageAt least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a similar roleProven track record of successful management of projects from start to finishStrong knowledge in MS Office suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Outstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiation skills with suppliers/external partnersAbility to work under pressure with tight deadlinesAble to lead virtual teams across multiple locationsExperience working in both Agile & Waterfall frameworksSelf-motivated with a proactive approachBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package of AED 1300 per month plus other benefits such as medical insurance coverage.
