The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, stakeholder steering, quality assurance, and sign-off across process redesign and CRM-related requirements workstreams.This is a hybrid role based in Ras Al Khaimah, with a structured on-site presence during the initial phase and reduced on-site requirements thereafter. The consulting firms Middle Eastern HQ is on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn overall governance, client steering, quality assurance, and delivery sign-offsLead end-to-end delivery of process optimisation and requirements engagementManage delivery planning, milestones, dependencies, scope, and risksLead senior stakeholder engagement across business and technology teamsEnsure consistency and quality across process, redesign, and requirements outputsAct as the primary point of accountability between client and delivery teamWork Model and LocationLocation: Ras Al Khaimah (end client)Hybrid model; 2-3 days a week onsiteRequired Experience and Skills7–11 years experience in consulting or transformation delivery rolesStrong background in process improvement and structured delivery leadershipProven stakeholder management and governance capabilityExperience working with cross-functional business and technology teamsPreferredExperience working with government or semi-government entitiesExposure to CRM-enabled transformation programmes (Salesforce experience is a plus)Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
