We are seeking a talented Scrum Master, and this role is fully remote from Turkey.</p><p>As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling our digital projects by working closely with delivery teams, product managers, and stakeholders. You will lead the team in adopting Agile methodologies, improving efficiency, and fostering a collaborative culture. Your focus will be on enhancing team performance, planning and executing rollout strategies, and ensuring seamless project delivery.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Act as an Agile coach, mentoring and training engineering team members on best practices.</li><li>Foster a self-organizing, high-performing team culture through facilitation and coaching.</li><li>Guide teams in writing, splitting, and sizing sprints for maximum efficiency.</li><li>Identify impediments and dependencies, working proactively to resolve them.</li><li>Lead team retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Support and mentor junior team members, providing feedback on their growth and development.</li></ul><p><b>Project Planning&Execution</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business value and define project scope.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with business plans and delivery timelines.</li><li>Plan project phases, resource allocation, and internal/external dependencies.</li><li>Identify risks and mitigate strategies to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Oversee sprint execution, manage scope changes, and communicate updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure vendor deliverables are on time and within budget.</li><li>Actively participate in procurement and contract discussions.</li></ul><p><b>Visibility&Reporting</b></p><ul><li>Provide clear and timely updates on project progress through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.</li><li>Communicate blockers, dependencies, and risks to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Collect feedback to improve planning, execution, and team satisfaction.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><b>Required Qualifications&Experience</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li><li>Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).</li><li>8-10 years of experience in project management and Agile execution.</li><li>4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading multiple teams of 10+ members.</li><li>Strong background in technology and software development lifecycle.</li><li>Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Hands-on approach with the ability to operate as both a leader and an individual contributor.</li><li>Experience in delivering complex digital projects in fast-paced environments.</li><li>E-commerce industry experience is a plus.</li><li>Hands-on development experience is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Work in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment.</li><li>Contribute to cutting-edge digital projects and transform luxury e-commerce.</li><li>Opportunity to lead and mentor teams while driving Agile excellence.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
