Project Engineers - Hospitals

Project EngineersOur client is an international project management company currently involved in managing several large medical projects. To strengthen their team, they require project engineers with experience in client-side project management to oversee the construction of facilities.Duties:Prepare project reports for the customer (weekly, monthly, or as required), covering HSE, project progress, cost, and schedule status, highlighting key risks and concerns.Carry out delegated project management activities from the Project Manager.Set up and maintain project systems including facilities/IT, filing, correspondence procedures, and project directory.Prepare and update the Project Execution Plan throughout the project.Attend project meetings, prepare and circulate minutes.Draft project progress reports for review by the Project Manager.Act as the interface between the Project Manager and project team daily.Manage day-to-day commercial issues such as timesheets, expenses, purchases, and prepare invoices.Coordinate information flow between team members to ensure smooth project delivery.Follow up on action items from meetings and reviews.Language Requirements:English - Very GoodArabic - Fluent / ExcellentAdditional Requirements:Own a car and have a driving license.Job Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience on hospital projects is essential.Degree qualified.Consulting or project management experience.Experience in the Middle East.If interested, please send your CV through this website to Kevin at KCM Recruitment.About The Company:KCM is a privately owned Irish company established by industry-qualified construction professionals.
