Project Engineer

Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.</p><h3>About The Role</h3><p>Oversee the complete order lifecycle from entry to final delivery, ensuring timely shipments, accurate documentation, and full compliance with Saudi import and regulatory requirements.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Order Management:</b><ul><li>Handle customer orders from receipt to final delivery.</li><li>Ensure accuracy in pricing, Incoterms, specs, and lead times.</li><li>Track orders, resolve delays, and handle changes or exceptions.</li></ul></li><li><b>Logistics&Shipping:</b><ul><li>Prepare and verify shipping documents (CI, PL, COO, HS codes, AWB/BL).</li><li>Track shipments and support inbound/outbound logistics.</li></ul></li><li><b>Saudi Compliance (Core Focus):</b><ul><li>Ensure full adherence to Saudi import regulations.</li><li>Coordinate SABER/SASO, PCoC/SCoC, CB reports&IECEE certificates.</li><li>Coordinate technical files with Engineering, Quality&suppliers.</li><li>Maintain organized compliance documentation.</li></ul></li><li><b>Stakeholder Collaboration:</b><ul><li>Work closely with Sales, Finance, Planning, Projects, factories&suppliers.</li></ul></li><li><b>Reporting&Improvement:</b><ul><li>Prepare order/delivery reports.</li><li>Drive process improvements to reduce delays&documentation issues.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Qualifications / Requirements</h3><ul><li>University degree.</li><li>Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Solid understanding of project management principles.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork.</li><li>Familiarity with project planning tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently with general supervision.</li></ul><h3>What we offer you</h3><ul><li>Annual vacation of 21 working days.</li><li>Excellent opportunities for development, along with a competitive salary and company bonus scheme.</li><li>A great working environment.</li></ul><p>Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
