Project Engineer – Post Order Execution

Job Description:Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Engineer Post Order Execution to join our client’s growing projects team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing industrial and EPC orders from award stage through manufacturing inspection and final delivery.This role requires strong coordination skills and hands‑on technical exposure to valves turbines and rotating/static equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete post‑order execution cycle from internal handover to final delivery.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, production, logistics, vendors and clients.Review and verify technical documentation including datasheets, GA drawings and specifications.Monitor manufacturing progress and ensure project timelines are met.Coordinate inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and dispatch clearances.Track documentation submissions and ensure compliance with project requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase.Identify potential delays or risks and proactively implement corrective actions.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.45 years of experience in project execution or post‑order management.Strong exposure to industrial equipment such as valves, turbines, pumps or rotating/static equipment.Experience handling EPC or industrial supply projects preferred.Strong understanding of technical drawings and documentation review.Excellent coordination, follow‑up and stakeholder communication skills.Ability to work under deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of QA/QC processes and FAT procedures.Familiarity with project tracking tools and ERP systems.Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.Why ApplyOpportunity to work on high‑value industrial and EPC projects.Exposure to multinational clients and complex technical environments.Career growth within a dynamic engineering team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
