Job Title: Project Engineer – Electro Mechanical (HVAC Focus)Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Electro Mechanical / MEP / HVACExperience: 3–5 YearsVacancies: 1 PositionJob SummaryWe are seeking a Project Engineer – Electro Mechanical with a strong HVAC and MEP background to manage and execute electro‑mechanical projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing site execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with UAE HSE standards, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and as per approved specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor electro‑mechanical (MEP) project activities in line with approved schedules and specifications.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality and safety standards.Prepare, track, and update project schedules and submit weekly and monthly progress reports.Site Supervision and CoordinationSupervise site engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure quality execution of works.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications.Technical and Documentation ControlReview construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.Identify and resolve technical, design, and site‑related issues proactively to avoid delays.Maintain accurate documentation, daily progress reports, material logs, and site records.Material and Resource ManagementPlan material requirements in coordination with procurement teams.Monitor site logistics, material delivery, storage, and usage to minimize wastage.Ensure availability of manpower, tools, and materials as per project requirements.Quality, HSE, and ComplianceEnsure strict compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and project specifications.Implement quality control procedures and corrective actions to prevent defects or delays.Participate in HSE meetings, audits, and safety inspections.Testing, Commissioning, and HandoverAssist in testing, commissioning, and balancing of HVAC and MEP systems.Support project handover activities, including snag closure and final documentation.Coordinate with clients and consultants during inspections and approvals.Requirements3–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in Electro Mechanical or MEP projects.Strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning.Experience working on projects within the UAE, preferably Dubai.Experience and Background3–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in Electro Mechanical or MEP projects.Strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning.Experience working on projects within the UAE, preferably Dubai.Technical SkillsSound knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Good understanding of UAE standards, local authority regulations, and HSE requirements.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.Soft SkillsStrong communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.Team‑oriented approach with site‑level leadership capability.Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.#J-18808-Ljbffr
