Our complementary business segments, Technology, Products and Services (TPS) and Project Delivery, turn innovation into scalable and industrial reality.Through collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last.About the mission we offer youLocation: Ruwais, UAEExperience: 6 months – 1 yearNationality: UAE Nationals onlyEmployment Type: Full-time Site-basedKey ResponsibilitiesSupport coordination of daily site activities between engineering, planning, and construction teams.Monitor progress and assist with preparation of daily/weekly reports.Follow up on material availability, drawings, and work permits.Support technical documentation such as method statements and TQs.Track site-related issues and escalate delays or deviations to supervisors.Maintain project logs, trackers, and site documentation.Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines across all activities.Qualifications & RequirementsUAE National (Emiratisation role).Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.6 months to 1 year of site or engineering coordination experience.Basic understanding of construction workflows and engineering deliverables.Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of P6/AutoCAD is a plus.Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site‑based schedule.Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and coordination skills.Willingness to learn in a dynamic project environment.Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.Strong commitment to safety and work ethics.Starting Date: ASAPYour career with usWorking at Technip Energies is an inspiring journey, filled with groundbreaking projects and dynamic collaborations.
