Location: Saudi ArabiaType: Full-timeReports to: Managing Director / CEORole SummaryThe Project Director leads the overall delivery of large-scale developments under a Design + Project Management Consultancy (PMC) model. The role oversees project strategy, governance, client relations, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the approved design vision.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic delivery of large mixed-use or masterplan developments.Act as the primary interface with the client, investors, and senior stakeholders.Oversee design development, approvals, procurement, and construction phases.Direct project managers, cost managers, and planning teams.Establish project governance, reporting frameworks, and risk management plans.Ensure coordination between consultants, contractors, and authorities.Manage project budgets, timelines, and contractual obligations.Provide executive reporting to leadership and project stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.Experience15–20 years of experience in large-scale real estate developments.Proven leadership in PMC, development, or engineering consultancy firms.Experience managing projects valued above SAR 500M.SkillsStrong leadership and stakeholder management.Strategic thinking and commercial awareness.Contract administration and risk management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
