Our unique market position and enviable reputation lead to strong, trusted relationships and repeat business.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Director – Design to join our consultancy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day‑to‑day delivery and execution of consultancy services under contract with our clients.Responsible for the day‑to‑day delivery & execution of consultancy services under contract with the client(s).Resource and workload planning, KPIs, deliverables and building rapport with the client and wider consulting team.Acts as the Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during the program execution. Frequently interfaces with upper‑level management and client personnel.Monitors contractor performance pertaining to schedule and conformance to plans and specifications.Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.Markets and secures additional work with client.Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.May participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients.Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and other documents as required.Establishes program requirements for all areas of the project and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned project.Provides advice on field engineering procedures, construction methods and financial matters to management.Works with other managers, project engineers and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of a project.Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.Works with the key project individual to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.Responsible for maintaining current and timely change orders.Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.Establishes weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.QualificationsProven experience in project management within consultancy services.Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure additional work with clients.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to develop effective solutions.Experience in resource planning, KPIs and deliverables management.Ability to lead and oversee project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.If you are a dynamic and results‑driven professional looking to make a significant impact in consultancy services, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Required ExperienceDirector#J-18808-Ljbffr
