Project Control Manager

ResponsibilitiesProvides support to Project Director to establish and maintain project control tools.Develops, implements, and maintains project control reports.Maintains computerized project reports as dictated by the project contractual requirements and Client’s needs.Reviews, evaluates and recommends changes to the project documents as required.Provides cash flow projections and forecasts.Prepare, maintain and up-date Detailed Works planning and program.Liaison with Construction Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner.Monitor and report design review progress of Client.Other duties as directed.Language proficiency: Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue; English - Very GoodOwn a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAnyJob SkillsDegree in Engineering or related discipline10 years’ experience with planning, project control and delivery of 5 star hotels or high-profile projectsMinimum of 5 years in a similar roleStrong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.Possess drive initiative, result oriented and ability to work under pressureAbout The CompanyAbout The Company#J-18808-Ljbffr
