Project Analyst - Banking IT

The Project Analyst supports IT Project Managers in planning, tracking, reporting, and governance of projects. The role focuses on data accuracy, financial tracking, documentation control, and performance monitoring to ensure projects remain aligned to scope, timeline, and budget. This is not a delivery owner role. It is a control, coordination, and insight role.Project Governance & Planning SupportAssist in defining scope, milestones, and deliverables documentationMaintain project plans, RAID logs, and action trackersSupport baseline creation and schedule updatesEnsure documentation is aligned with governance standardsFinancial & Commercial TrackingTrack budget utilisation and forecast varianceValidate vendor invoices against approved SOWsSupport cost-benefit tracking and business case reportingMonitoring & ReportingPrepare weekly/monthly dashboards and SteerCo packsTrack KPIs such as milestone adherence, defect leakage, sprint predictabilityMonitor dependencies and escalates risks to PMRisk & ComplianceMaintain risk register updatesEnsure requirement-to-UAT traceability trackingSupport audit documentation and compliance reportingStakeholder CoordinationFollow up with IT, business, and vendor teams for status inputsEnsure updates are captured before governance forumsSupport meeting minutes and action trackingExperience Required3–6 years in project coordination or PMO rolesExperience in IT or banking transformation projectsStrong Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skillsUnderstanding of SDLC and Agile deliveryFinancial tracking exposure preferredMax salary: 10,000 AED per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
