Learn more about the Caterpillar Experience.We are looking for a Programs (Implementation) Manager to join our Strategy Growth and Transformation team within one of Construction Industries newly formed divisions: Customer Solutions Growth Regions. The division is regionally focused on Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan) and Latin America (LATAM) and organized into three functional areas: Customer Facing, Customer Solutions and Business Enablers.This role is part of the Customer Solutions team the engine of our business, driving growth by delivering tailored territory‑specific solutions that solve customer pain points, accelerate decision‑making and enable profitable sales execution.About Strategy Growth and Transformation TeamThe team provides data and insights for executive decision‑making and sales execution – ensuring that we are delivering our internal and external commitments as we set up the organization. We are responsible for driving accountability for results in Caterpillar and the Caterpillar dealer network. The team uses both structured and innovative problem‑solving to define opportunities and are centre of excellence for key strategic projects to drive results.Role DefinitionDesigns, implements and maintains organizational programs in support of corporate strategy.What You Will Do (Responsibilities)Organizing and coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program.Serving as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within the program; translating corporate objectives into program objectives and practices.Planning and monitoring program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved.Managing all aspects of an organizational program to ensure projects within the program are implemented, accepted and accomplished within a set deadline.What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills)Postgraduate qualification preferred.PMP certification will be advantageous.Minimum of 8–10 years of commercial project or programs management experience – related to strategy implementation.Ability to lead and oversee project roll‑outs with a clear understanding of phasing and governance standards.Proven experience working within multinational organizations and across multiple territories.What You Have (Basic Skills Required)Data Gathering & AnalysisKnowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal or judgment.Level Working KnowledgeFollows proper data gathering and analysis processes and policies.Reports problems that arise in the data collection process.Participates in gathering and analyzing an organization’s data based on requirements.Documents data from various sources and in various formats.Utilizes basic data collection and evaluation tools and techniques.Data-Driven Decision MakingKnowledge of the data-driven decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to gather and analyze data to make organizational decisions that align with strategic business objectives and goals.Level Working KnowledgeApplies an assigned technique for data-driven thinking in a Decision-Making process.Discerns between signal and noise when interpreting data.Identifies and organizes relevant data and ideas.Participates in the process of choosing KPIs and metrics to influence decisions.Utilizes the basic data collection and evaluation tools and techniques.InfluencingKnowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.Level Working KnowledgeDevelops basic persuasive arguments.Discusses organizational culture around providing input on decisions.Uses active listening skills and probing techniques to surface opportunities to influence.Identifies who the decision makers are and how they receive information.Regularly presents ideas or suggestions to associates in persuasive terms.AlignmentKnowledge of t
