Program Manager (UAE National)

We are supporting a confidential advanced engineering programme, and are looking for a Program Manager (UAE National) to help drive delivery.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a first-of-its-kind development programme in the region, working at the intersection of engineering, certification, testing and industrialisation.The role:Support and drive elements of the end-to-end development programmeCoordinate across engineering, testing, manufacturing and external partnersContribute to program planning, governance, risk management and delivery milestonesWork closely with senior leadership and technical teamsManage cross-functional engineering, manufacturing and test teamsOwn schedule, budget, milestones and risk managementEstablish and drive program governance, reporting and decision-making frameworksInterface with regulators, suppliers, partners and customersSupport testing, certification and operational readinessWe are open on backgroundAerospace / DefenceSpace programmesComplex engineering or industrial projectsEnergy / large-scale technical programmesThe key requirement is experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary technical programmes in a regulated or high-performance environment.We're also looking for individuals with an Engineering degree (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or similar), and 7+ years’ experience in aerospace or complex hardware programmes.Finally, to succeed here you will need a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset and to feel comfortable in fast-paced environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
