The role focuses on building relationships, establishing partnerships with local and international stakeholders, and ensuring program excellence.</p><p>The Program Manager is also responsible for managing the program team, leading the startup selection process, and tracking the progress of participating startups, while providing both virtual and on-ground support when required.</p><p>This is a one-year contract role based in KSA.</p><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop, drive, and implement the program strategy and cycles.</li><li>Establish effective project management and monitoring mechanisms to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Provide periodic progress reports to management.</li><li>Ensure the Flat6Labs process is followed and well communicated to all team members.</li><li>Identify partnership opportunities and oversee the establishment of local and international collaborations.</li><li>Manage the program budget and supervise financial control of spending and procurement.</li><li>Build and maintain a network of support partners, including financial, non-financial, and development agencies.</li><li>Define business objectives and goals in coordination with management and ensure their successful execution.</li><li>Report program and startup status to key stakeholders in a timely manner.</li><li>Effectively manage the program team, foster collaboration, and ensure orientation on Flat6Labs processes.</li><li>Strengthen engagement with the local startup ecosystem by building partnerships and sourcing entrepreneurs in coordination with the Marketing team.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing to ensure the program and its events are well promoted locally and to maximize outreach to potential entrepreneurs.</li><li>Build and sustain strong relationships within the regional entrepreneurial community.</li><li>Lead and coordinate the full startup selection process, from application review to filtration, interviews, bootcamp shortlisting, and final Selection Committee presentations.</li><li>Oversee training and mentorship programs, and recruit high-quality mentors, trainers, and speakers.</li><li>Manage and coordinate the online platform with internal and external teams, ensuring smooth setup of content, curriculum, CRM, and interface.</li><li>Set goals and milestones for startups and monitor their progress closely.</li><li>Support startups in structuring and refining their investor pitches and presentations.</li><li>Nominate high-potential startups for follow-on funding opportunities.</li><li>Supervise the planning and logistics of all program events, including preparing invitee lists and coordinating with potential investors and guests.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 6-8 years of experience in entrepreneurship, operations or business management</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in business management or related discipline</li><li>Excellent English&Arabic language skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills</li><li>Excellent command of productivity software, presentation, word processing&number tools</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Highly energetic</li><li>Strong Work Ethic</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Get the chance to work with high potential for growth startups and bright entrepreneurs in the MENA region and from different countries around the world</li><li>Exposure to different local, regional and international investors and VCs</li><li>Engage in the buzzing startup community in the MENA region</li><li>Work in an environment supporting creativity and proactivity, and be a part of a small dynamic team</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
