Program Manager-Infrastructure & Network

Role Summary:We are seeking a delivery-focused Program Manager to run governance, tracking, execution and executive reporting for a complex and fast-moving Infrastructure & Networks stabilisation landscape. This role will own the single consolidated action plan feeding the daily CTO updates, ensure clear ownership and ETDs across all workstreams, and directly manage delivery of “orphan” initiatives that do not have a dedicated PM.Required Qualifications & Skills:8–12+ years of experience in program/project management for enterprise infrastructure/network/security-adjacent initiatives (WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi, firewalls, identity/RADIUS, SSE/SASE, observability).Proven experience running multi-workstream stabilisation/remediation programs with high executive visibility and tight operational constraints.Strong command of planning and reporting tools (Smartsheet/MS Project/Jira/Excel/PowerPoint) and ability to build clear dashboards and executive narratives.Ability to drive delivery across a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.Strong vendor/MSP governance experience (managing deliverables, ETDs, escalations, acceptance).Technical background (former network/infrastructure engineer, technical lead, or equivalent) with hands-on understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure concepts (WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi, routing, QoS, MTU/fragmentation, firewalls, identity/RADIUS, cloud/SaaS traffic patterns).Proven ability to translate technical findings into operational plans (test plans, acceptance criteria, rollback, runbooks, monitoring), and to challenge vendors/MSPs on design and execution.Nice to Have:Experience in large distributed retail/warehouse environments (hundreds of sites).Exposure to network performance engineering (QoS, MTU/fragmentation concepts, traffic classification) sufficient to challenge plans and ensure test/validation steps are included.Experience setting up operating mechanisms such as capacity management, change governance, and service transition.#J-18808-Ljbffr
