Find your future with us.LocationBoeing Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Role OverviewBoeing Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Management internship to join the Boeing Saudi Arabia Program Management Team located in Riyadh. The intern will report to the BSA Program Manager and support the Program Management effort.ResponsibilitiesSupport program scheduling to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management standards CPI/SPI.Support communications with customer counterparts and internal stakeholders.Support Programs logistics, import and export efforts.Support project tasks that meet accepted project management practices.Collect program data from program managers, program leads and engineers for weekly and monthly reporting.Support implementation of best practices that aid project decision makers.Act as focal point for Programs, Projects or functions as required.Review proposals, contracts, regulatory documents, program and customer requirements.Assist with maintenance of Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics.Support multiple program tasks and/or locations as required.Assist with planning and business requirements as needed.Assist with functions tasks as needed.Coordinate with project managers, engineers and procurement teams to collect, review and organize documentation such as contracts, technical specifications, vendor quotes and contractual agreements.Ensure all documents comply with company standards, customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.Participate in daily and weekly meetings and preparations.Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials and minutes in a timely manner.Assist in the creation of program presentations, reports and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.Basic QualificationsPreferred a bachelor’s degree in a related field.No previous work experience is required.Hands‑on experience working with Microsoft Windows‑based systems is a plus.Basic project management experience is preferred.Preferred QualificationsExcellent English reading, writing and communication skills.Good communication skills in proposal preparation, presentation, clarification and report writing for all levels.Proficient use of Microsoft Professional applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Applicable and appropriate educational or certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience are required.Application DeadlineApplications for this position will be accepted until Mar. 25, 2026.Export Control RequirementsThis is not an Export Control position.RelocationRelocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.Visa SponsorshipEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.ShiftNot a Shift Worker (Saudi Arabia).Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer.
