Program Analyst (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is excited to announce an opening for a Data Program Analyst in Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing data programs to support decision-making and operational efficiency. The Program Analyst will transform raw data into actionable insights, helping us measure our impact, improve our programs, and make data-driven decisions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to enhance data-driven strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesData Capture & Management -Collect and maintain accurate data from participating startups and program activities. -Ensure completeness, consistency, and reliability of data across multiple programs. -Develop templates and processes for systematic data collection and verification. -Generate ad-hoc reports and data analysis to support strategic planning, business development, and program improvements. -Serve as the primary point of contact for startups regarding all data collection and reporting requirements.Program Support & AnalysisSupport program managers in planning and executing core activities (bootcamps, workshops, demo days, etc.).Track program delivery against timelines and elevate risks or delays.Contribute to preparation of program briefs, meeting notes, and stakeholder updates.Dashboard Development & ReportingBuild and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, startup metrics, and ecosystem impact.Support the preparation of presentations with clear data visualizations and insightsStartup Engagement & Program SupportProactively follow up with founders and team members to ensure timely submission of data and reportsSupport the onboarding of new startups into our data systems and reporting frameworksBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is required.2–4 years of professional experience in data analysis, program management support, or within startup/innovation ecosystems.Demonstrated ability to manage datasets with an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail requiredProficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Experience with data governance and data management frameworks is a plus.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
