About the job Products Training EngineerWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven Products Training Engineer withexcellent skills and willingness to work under pressures, and learn new knowledge within international environment, with training, communications, and presentations skillsResponsibilitiesTake ownership of customer training sessions either online or offlineGood knowledge of SaaS TechnologyTraining Documentation and recordsBuild the training materials (Presentation, documentation, etc.)Follow up with clients after trainingKeep up to date with the products teamProvide prompt and accurate feedback to customersEnsure proper recording and closure of all issuesPrepare accurate and timely reportsDocument information in the form of knowledge base, tech notes and articlesWork with the technical lead assigned to the business area, define design solutions across all system components, and identify all configurations and build tasks, andFollow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.Help Technical support engineersYou shouldn’t apply ifYou're not a native Arabic speakerYou're looking for a short-term gig.
