Production Head

Key Responsibilities:Plan organize and oversee all production activities to meet project demands and deadlines.Develop and implement production schedules ensuring efficient use of resources and materials.Monitor production performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Ensure strict adherence to quality standards safety protocols and environmental regulations.Coordinate with design planning and maintenance teams to streamline operations.Lead and mentor the production team fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Manage inventory levels to prevent material shortages or overstocking.Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.Prepare and present production reports to senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B. Tech).8 years of experience in production management preferably in precast construction or a related industry.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes equipment and materials used in construction.Proven ability to lead teams and manage largescale production operations.Excellent problemsolving organizational and communication skills.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and best practices is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
