Production Executive

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well‑established and diversified group of companies in the UAE looking for a Production Executive to manage overall production activities within their wooden pallet manufacturing unit. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, maintaining quality, optimizing resources and supporting continuous improvement while supervising production teams and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.ResponsibilitiesOversee day‑to‑day production operations and ensure alignment with production plans.Supervise and guide carpenters, helpers and shift teams to maintain workflow efficiency.Monitor production performance, address bottlenecks and implement process improvements.Ensure proper utilisation of manpower, materials and equipment.Maintain quality control practices and ensure products meet required standards.Enforce QHSE policies and promote a safe compliant working environment.Coordinate with maintenance, procurement and quality teams to avoid operational delays.Prepare basic production reports and support staff training and development.Assist with implementing new procedures or operational improvements as directed.Qualifications35 years of experience in manufacturing preferably wooden pallet production.Good understanding of production processes, equipment and workflow management.Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.BenefitsAttractive salary benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
