Product Officer - Secured Lending (Retail Banking)

Flatgigs is hiring a Product Officer – Secured Products for a confidential client in the retail banking sector. This role focuses on supporting the development, enhancement, and digital enablement of secured retail loan products, including Personal Loans, Mortgage Loans, and Auto Loans. The position plays a critical role in product coordination, digital journey implementation, policy refinement, and portfolio performance tracking, working closely with multiple internal teams including technology, marketing, analytics, and sales. The ideal candidate will have experience working within retail banking product teams, supporting product lifecycle activities, system implementations, and digital lending journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & SupportSupport the Loans Product team in developing and enhancing retail loan products.Assist in defining product requirements, policies, and operational processes.Coordinate system enhancements and product rollouts with internal teams.Support digital lending journey enablement, including workflow design and testing.Policy & Process OptimizationContinuously review and refine loan product policies and procedures.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer experience.Support initiatives to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and operational friction.Product Implementation & CoordinationWork closely with technology and cross‑functional teams to support product implementations.Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure implementation readiness.Assist with UAT support, documentation, and issue tracking during system deployments.Portfolio Monitoring & Business InsightsAnalyze loan sourcing volumes and portfolio performance.Identify trends and provide recommendations to strengthen product performance.Assist in developing proposals to improve loan portfolio growth and market share.Campaigns & Customer EngagementCollaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and CRM teams to launch customer campaigns.Support rollout of targeted offers and CRM‑driven initiatives.Contribute to initiatives aimed at driving retail loan sales and improving product adoption.BAU Product ManagementSupport resolution of business‑as‑usual product issues.Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth product operations.Qualifications4–7 years of experience in banking product roles, preferably in asset or loan products.Strong understanding of retail loan products including personal loans, mortgages, and auto loans.Experience supporting digital onboarding or digital lending journeys.Familiarity with loan policies, pricing frameworks, and regulatory requirements.Experience working with IT teams on product implementation and system changes.Hands‑on experience in requirements documentation, UAT support, and issue tracking.#J-18808-Ljbffr
