We value speed, data, and bold execution, and offer a competitive package with real upside for real impact.What You’ll DoProduct Strategy: Translate insights and data into clear product strategy and roadmap priorities.Development & Enhancements: Develop new products and enhancements to existing solutions.User Research: Conduct user research to deeply understand customer and internal user needs.Lifecycle Management: Manage the end‑to‑end product development process, from discovery to launch.Backlog Ownership: Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring proper prioritization aligned with the roadmap.Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and client teams to define and execute product initiatives.Growth & Optimization: Identify product gaps and opportunities to improve customer experience and drive growth.Data‑Driven Insights: Use data and customer insights to guide product decisions and measure success.What We’re Looking ForMid‑Level Product Professional: 2–4 years of experience working directly with a Product team.Investment Enthusiast: A proven experience or strong personal interest in investments and financial markets.Tool Savvy: Hands‑on experience with Figma, Jira (or similar tracking tools), and product analytics platforms like PostHog or Mixpanel.Analytical Thinker: Ability to identify trends and insights from both hard data and qualitative user feedback.Exceptional Organizer: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple threads in an agile environment.Compelling Communicator: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact.Discovery Expert: Strong understanding of user research, customer behavior, and product discovery.LocationMust be based in Dubai; this is an on‑site role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
