Product Lead - Cards & Everyday Banking

Multiple card-related initiatives are underway to support Cards digital journey and acquisition, regulatory requirements, and card network mandates.This role provides hands-on product support and coordination to ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and smooth digital and operational rollouts. While IT execution is managed separately, the Product Analyst will perform essential product-side activities including requirements definition, coordination, documentation, testing support, and business readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport digital card journey enablement, including workflow design aligned with market requirements, and testing from a Cards Product perspectiveDefine detailed product requirements for mobile app card features and digital enablement initiativesSupport required policy and process changes across digital and physical journeys to scale the businessCoordinate with IT, Digital, Operations, Compliance, and Network teams to ensure implementation readinessSupport card process change initiatives through effective cross-functional coordinationAssist with Jaywan Mono-Badge and Co-Badge initiatives, including digital journey changes, documentation, re-carding support, and customer communication alignmentSupport segment alignment initiatives (Credit Card variants) including system flagging logic and validationAssist in resolving BAU issues in coordination with IT and stakeholdersProvide support for Mastercard regulatory projects, including system changes, testing, and implementation readinessKey Skills & Experience4–7 years of experience in Cards, Payments, or Digital BankingUnderstanding of credit card products, digital journeys, policies and mobile app enablementExperience working with IT and cross-functional teams on product implementationExposure to card networks (Mastercard preferred) and regulatory initiativesExperience in requirements documentation, UAT support, and issue trackingCore CompetenciesStrong coordination and stakeholder management skillsDetail-oriented with structured execution approachAbility to manage multiple initiatives in parallelStrong written and verbal communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
